Areas of Expertise
I offer psychodynamic counselling, which means that together we will not only look at your current situation but also explore your past and childhood experiences. Understanding your past can help make sense of how you feel about your life today.
In our sessions, you will have a safe, confidential space to talk freely and reflect on your thoughts and feelings. My goal is to help you heal emotionally, improve your well-being, build self-awareness, gain confidence as an individual and with others or find relief from distressing emotions.
I specialise in helping people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, long-term mental or physical health problems, grief, and trauma. If you're facing any of these challenges, I am here to support you on your journey toward healing or living a more fulfilling life.
