I'm Jennifer Kabelis, a fully qualified psychotherapist offering compassionate, confidential therapy in St Albans, Marylebone,

I'm BACP registered and specialise in psychodynamic counselling, working with individuals and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and sexual wellbeing.

I offer psychodynamic counselling - a therapeutic approach that goes beyond your immediate concerns to gently explore how earlier experiences and relationship patterns influence your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors today.
My sessions provide a safe, confidential environment where you can speak freely about whatever is troubling you, knowing that your feelings will be met with empathy and respect.
